HGSA NZ Branch Travel Grant Applications are NOW OPEN

The HGSA NZ Branch is keen to support members to attend local and international conferences.

We are now welcoming applications for travel support ($500) to attend the HGSA ASM in Christchurch. Only current HGSA members can apply for support. You must be presenting at the conference (either poster or oral presentation) to be eligible to apply for this support.

If a member of the NZ Branch committee submits an application, they will be excluded from decision process for their application. The decision of the HGSA NZ Branch Committee is final. Only one travel grant per member per 2 years will be awarded.

If successful, payment will be made via reimbursement using a proforma supplied. Awardees must submit receipts for costs, and reimbursement will be made into your personal bank account.

You must acknowledge support from the HGSA NZ branch on your poster or talk (you are welcome to use the general HGSA logo). You are also required to submit a photo and short report (max 300 words), for use in our branch newsletter.
