Exploring the Intersection of Patient Mental Health and Genetic Counselling Practice

We would like to invite you to participate in our study titled, “Exploring the Intersection of Patient Mental Health and Genetic Counselling Practice”.
This study is being conducted as a student project, in partial fulfilment of the research element of the University of Melbourne Master of Genetic Counselling. The project has been ethically approved by the University of Melbourne (Ref: 34262).

We are seeking participants to undertake an online quantitative survey. The survey is expected to take 15-20 minutes.  Your responses will help us to better understand how knowledge of a patient’s mental health may inform clinical decision making.

To be eligible to participate, you must be a clinically practicing (associate/certified) genetic counsellor. You must also be able to access this survey through a phone or computer with a network connection.
The participant information and consent form, and the survey itself, can be accessed here: https://q.surveys.unimelb.edu.au/jfe/form/SV_2mEI7Ob2gvgka7Y
If you would like to know more, or have any questions, please contact the student researcher, Amy Dadson: amy.[email protected]
