The sixth national Cancer Survivorship Conference will showcase innovation in survivorship care, research and policy. With the theme “SOLIDARITY IN SURVIVORSHIP: BRINGING US TOGETHER”, the conference aims to highlight the strength health professionals, cancer survivors, or both, find in each other. The conference will encourage collaborations and engagement among clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and consumers in insightful, bold and collegial conversations about life after cancer diagnosis.
